Position: Supervisor
Wage: $26.89* per hour, Full Time (*wage effective 3/1/2025)
Location: 210 Cannabis Co (a non i502 cannabis retail dispensary in Arlington, WA)
Position Summary: This position is responsible for supervising the Budtender team and merchandising. This role will be required to maintain a positive environment, motivate the staff, support staff during difficult customer interactions and ensure all customer service expectations are upheld.

Position Qualifications
- A minimum of two to four years’ of experience in personnel management, including hiring and supervision
- A minimum of two years experience in sales and knowledge of cannabis products required.
- Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians is a drug free workplace. All employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screen (pre-employment drug screen does not include THC).
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with dispensary In-Store promotions, staff trainings, special events, and promotions. Aid in the development of dispensary staff incentives, contests and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate objectives with marketing and sales departments.
- Ensure merchandising and brand placement to company standards.
- Identify brand-building areas to include increased product/brand placements (monthly goal assigned monthly/quarterly).
- Evaluate customer objectives and provide solutions to generate additional sales.
- Ensures compliance for age restricted sales, purchase limits, acceptable forms of IDs, and ID protocol. Assure that all Budtenders and Leads comply with regulations.
- Oversee the organization of breaks and lunch periods to accommodate customer flow and operations.
- Authorize and ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, and voids.
- Assist in communicating all information to staff regarding special promotions and sale items, and policy changes.
- Oversee compliance of staff with established policies and standards, such as safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures.
- Properly communicate with other Supervisors, and management according to standards.
- Communicate with team using provided communication tools. Maintain confidentiality of conversations.
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Assist Budtender and Leads with difficult interactions, assume the role of de-escalation, and assist in any customer retention or severance conversations.
- Assist in the process of determining the outcome of Disciplinary actions through proper documentation and incident reports, as well as any counseling/disciplinary action that may be required as a result.
- Assist in the process of procedure corrections and implementation.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Assume Budtender responsibilities as needed.
- Performs all other duties assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities include directing budtenders of the cannabis dispensary, overseeing customer interactions, and offering support. Contribute to the overall success of the company.
